Technology Tip:

Printing a Photo Proof Sheet for XP users:

  • Open the folder that has the pictures in it.
  • Hold down the Ctrl key and select the pictures you want on the proof sheet
    • Or press Ctrl-A to select all
  • Right click on one of the pictures
  • Select "Preview"
    • The picture will appear in the Windows Picture Viewer
  • Press Ctrl and the letter P to bring up the Photo Printing Wizard
  • Click "Next", "Select All" or check off the pictures you want
  • Click "Next" again
  • Choose your printer
  • Click "Next"
  • Select the "Contact Sheet" layout

You will see a preview of your contact sheet and should end up with a neat printout of all selected photos.
